Greenpeace Bulgaria. Long term partnership since 2018, including among others:
Social Laboratory. Design and facilitation of in-person community meetings and open events for a year-long project in Pernik, Bulgaria fostering the creation of a group of active citizens. In collaboration with Open Space Collective. You can read more about the project here (text in Bulgarian).
Design and on-site facilitation of a 3-day team building and strategy meetings.
Capacity building within the team to design and facilitate meetings and events.
Fraunhofer IZM, Germany. Design and online facilitation of a number of participatory strategic meetings within the Horizon 2020 project PolyCE with a consortium of around 40 people from 20 international organizations. In addition, consulting and building capacity for the design and facilitation skills of the Fraunhofer IZM team managing the PolyCE project.
ChibiPhoenix. Design and in-person facilitation of a 3-day strategy workshop, including two days with the leadership team and one day with the entire company.
Schwarz IT, Bulgaria. Design and on-site facilitation of a 1-day team building for around 200 employees.
German Society of Nursing Science (DGP). Design and online facilitation of an interactive conference with 150 participants.
