I will work with you designing your participatory online meeting/event, or a set of meetings/events according to your particular needs and context. An event can be an online conference, training or other type of gathering.
For one off meeting/event this includes:
One session to identify your need (this can be in person or online). Creating a design scrip for the meeting/event. Aligning it with you. Below you can see an example of a design script for a session.
For a set of meetings/events this includes:
One session to identify your need and agree on the process (this can be in person or online). Creating a design scrip for the first meeting/event and for the overall process. Aligning it with you. Depending on the process and its duration, additional interactions will be agreed.
Consider that the overall process can also be a combination between in person and online meetings/events.
Capacity building – Would you like to develop this capacity yourself or within your team? I can offer you an integrated capacity building process. This implies that a member of your team will learn the main principles of designing a participatory online meeting/event and will work together with me in the design phase of your particular meeting/event.
